EXCLUSIVE–CEO of Border Wall Construction Company: ‘I Really Believe We’ll Change History’

WASHINGTON, DC — The CEO of Fisher Industries, one of four construction companies selected as finalists to build President Donald Trump’s historic border wall, told Breitbart News that he believes his company will change history and can do so at a far lower cost than his competitors.

“It’s not just a wall. It’s a complete border protection system with high-speed access roads,” Tommy Fisher, CEO of Fisher Industries, told Breitbart News during a sit-down Facebook Live interview in Washington, D.C. Fisher’s wall would be constructed from solid concrete and would span the Pacific Ocean in California through western Texas.

It will be 30 feet high and made from all-American materials. Fisher Industries has partnered up with American companies to get the job done.

Last month, President Trump requested $18 billion from Congress to build nearly 700 miles of border wall. Fisher told Breitbart News that his company could build that stretch of wall for just $12 billion, two-thirds the price Trump requested. Fisher also said that price includes all the materials required for constructing the concrete wall, the manpower necessary, an a 20-year warranty for the historic construction.

“I really believe we’ll change history,” Fisher said.

With their partner Caterpillar, Fisher Industries estimates they can build approximately 600 feet of wall per day to begin with, and have the capability of potenially building up to three miles per day after three years.

Fisher provided Breitbart News with booklets that include the prototype for their design of the wall. The plans include border protection as well as levy protection, which will be helpful for farmers and the agriculture industry as it prevents flooding that could cause millions of dollars in damaged and lost crops. “The wall protects all owners of the land; Democrat or Republican. Floods don’t discriminate,” Fisher said.

In addition to this, the fully-concrete wall will include high-speed access roads on top to provide border patrol agents with a topical and peripheral view of the area in front of the wall on both sides.

“Our construction time was roughly five years verses their ten,” he said of other competitors for the wall.

Fisher noted that the wall also allows border agents to get a 360 degree view from the top of the wall and not just six inches to the left and right as with the current setup.

Congressman Kevin Kramer (R-ND) invited Fisher to attend President Trump’s first State of the Union as his guest. “I was very uplifted,” Fisher said of Trump’s speech. “He was pride for prosperity. He’s going to protect all Americans. You just had a sense when you came out that you were so proud to be an American and honored to be part of history.”

Fisher expressed hope and optimism that his company would also be part of history by getting commissioned to build President Trump’s historic border wall and protect the southern border of the United States.

“I think President Trump said it best” at the State of the Union. Paraphrasing POTUS, Fisher said, “Nobody can beat the American worker. Nobody has the heart, and the number one thing that I took out of it — I’m a big infrastructure guy — is nobody has American grit. And that’s what I can say about Fisher Industries as well as our partners.”

In closing, Fisher said he was optimistic that “both sides [Democrats and Republicans] want border protection and both sides would like to see the dreamers get citizenship through something.” He added, “And I think President Trump also eloquently said there’s 320 other Dreamers each day in America and we’re all proud to be from America. And we’re a nation of immigrants, but we are a nation of legal immigrants … we just don’t want illegal immigration, but we will welcome everyone.”

Fisher added, “This is the most shovel-ready job the U.S. government will ever see for infrastructure anyplace else.”
