City Of Philadelphia Shuts Down Christian Charities From Placing Children With Foster Families For Refusing To Hand Them Over To Homosexuals

The City of Philadelphia shut down foster-care programs with Bethany Christian Services and Catholic Social Services after an “investigation” revealed that both would not give children over to homosexual households:

Philadelphia officials say the city has stopped two faith-based agencies from placing foster children after learning the agencies discriminate against LGBTQ people.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports the city Department of Human Services ended foster-care intake with Bethany Christian Services and Catholic Social Services Thursday, pending an investigation by the Commission on Human Relations.

DHS spokeswoman Heather Keafer says 233 children placed with families through the organizations will remain in their homes, but new placements will stop.

The decision follows a previous report by the newspaper that found the agencies would not work with LGBTQ people or same-sex couples despite receiving city funding. The agencies receive a combined $3 million annually in reimbursement funds from the city.

The Philadelphia Department of Human Services website leadership shows that it is currently headed by a woman named Cynthia F. Figueroa. On her biography, she lists among her accomplishments as having worked with people “with HIV/AIDS”.

HIV/AIDS is a clue for LGBT, since as the LGBT admit, they are the loudest voice about the disease because the “normalization” of HIV began in homosexual circles since they are the prime vector. .

A look at her Twitter account reveals that she is pro-LGBT, with a photo of a bathroom for “all genders” and the response that they should be in “Philly bathrooms”:

Her support of the LGBT is confirmed by the City of Philadelphia itself, which has an entire office dedicated to homosexuals called the “Office of LGBT Affairs” whose purpose is to “advocate” for LGBT affairs:

We cannot say for sure if it was Ms. Figueroa who gave the first order to bar Christian groups from helping with foster children. What we can say is that it is not a surprise, because the Philadelphia government shows that it is in the control of homosexuals.

Shoebat.com has warned about the increasing power of homosexuals in government. Just this past election, the first ever 100% LGBT government was elected for the city of Palm Springs, CA:

The Palm Springs, Calif., City Council is entirely LGBT or queer after two new members were elected to the council Tuesday.

Lisa Middleton made history Tuesday as the first openly transgender candidate elected to a nonjudicial office in California.

Christy Holstege, who identifies as bisexual, won the second open seat on the city council.

They beat out four other candidates in Tuesday’s election, the Desert Sun reported.

Middleton won about 31% of the vote while Holstege won with 30% of the vote in her favor, the Desert Sun reports.

Their election means that the council is now 100% LGBT or queer, according to Equality California, which endorsed both candidates, and contributed to their campaigns.

LGBT advocates celebrated their win Tuesday night.

Middleton and Holstege join gay councilmembers Geoff Kors and J.R. Roberts.

Other transgender candidates were elected to office Tuesday — significant victories for an oft marginalized community.

In Canada, PM Justin Trudeau’s government has barred families from adopting children because they will not support the LGBT, he has forced employers to sign oaths of loyalty to the LGBT or else lose funding, and he has given hundreds of millions of dollars in government money to individuals because they are LGBT.

The reason that Christian charities will not give children over to sodomite homes is because first, the Bible says that homosexuality is evil- so evil that it is worthy of death in the Old and New Testaments and confirmed by all of the saints and councils. A second reason, if not stated, is because as we have shown through our stories, the LGBT is known to sexually abuse children and teenagers. Even among Christians who partake in sexual abuse of minor, the LGBT is disproportionately represented.

To use the often cited example of “Catholic priests,” the fact is that while Catholics have the lowest sexual abuse rate of all Christian denominations and major religious groups, it is proven that 80% of all cases of sexual abuse were homosexual. Of those cases, the majority were ephebophilia, which is teenage boys being raped by older men and is also the kind of homosexual activity that as we reported the major conservative speaker Dennis Prager promotes.

Homosexuals have very high rates of child abuse. Shoebat.com has documented this (just look through our previous articles) and it is LGBT who is behind the movement to legalize pedophilia.

There has been a push for years to force states to allow children to be adopted by homosexuals. Currently, 13 states allow for homosexual adoptions, and the LGBT is pressing for more to be included. It is of note that while Pennsylvania is not one of those 13 states, the city of Philadelphia has acted on its own to bar Christian adoption agencies who refuse to submit to the homosexual agenda.

This is part of the larger trend of the de-Christianization of what is left that is Christian in the USA. The next two decades will be very interesting to watch, for as the current upcoming generation, Generation Z, is the most “LGBT friendly” yet, they will take the errors of the millenials and their predecessors and perpetuate them.
