Two days prior he tweeted 1 Peter 5:7 simply writing, “Cast all your anxiety on him for he cares.”

Another time the atheleted professed his love for God was on October 5 when he tweeted, “Jesus is the Light of the World.”

Cooks’ Twitter feed is littered with inspirational quotes about Christianity and faith as well as Bible verses and valuable lessons on topics like humility, anxiety and love.

Cooks Twitter bio also includes Psalm 144:6 and reads, “Psalm 144:6 Send Forth Lightning Scatter the Enemy, Shoot your Arrow and Route.”

Cooks who began his NFL journey in 2014 with the New Orleans Saints, is ranked 13th in yards in the NFL.
