Mizrahi Tefahot bank to pay $195 m. in U.S. tax case settlement
Mizrahi Tefahot Bank Ltd, Israel’s third-largest bank, admitted to helping clients evade US taxes and agreed to pay $195 million, the US Justice Department said on Tuesday, culminating a five-year investigation.
