Hezbollah preventing start of maritime border negotiations

Internal Lebanese struggles are apparently holding up negotiations between Israel and Lebanon over demarcating the maritime border. Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri is pushing for the talks to begin, but is facing resistance from Hezbollah.
