Men In Contested Region Of Italy With Austria Dress Up As Demons And Go On Rampage Randomly Attacking Migrants

South Tyrol is a region in the northern part of Italy that borders with Austria. It is a hotly-contested political zone as many of the people speak German or are of Germanic stock, and the region has been used as a political wedge for centuries.

One of the traditions in this region as well as the Alpine area has been the Krampuslauf, or the “Krampus run”. This comes from the character Krampus, a local figure from pagan times that while known to and “honored” at Christmas in the region, has gotten attention in the US and other parts of Europe during the 20th century and beyond.

Krampus is a demon, and comes from the various pagan practices that were brought under control by the Church. During the “Krampus run”, young men dress up as the character and on the Feast of St. Nicholas, December 6th (sometimes celebrated on December 5th) will run about the local towns ringing bells and trying to scare people. These are still practiced to this day.

A recent Krampus parade in South Tyrol took an unexpected violent turn after young men doing the usual “Krampuslauf” turned the annual mischief-making into a near bout of mob violence as they attacked migrants in the streets, beating them randomly and sometimes with sticks before moving on to others.

A traditional demonstration subsequently seems to have turned into a sort of punitive raid ended with the beating of passers-by and non-EU citizens.

It will be verified if the video refers to the parade of December 5, 2019 , which began at 6 pm in the streets of the center of Vipiteno.

In any case, the contemporaneity of what happened is not what matters most. The images contained in this video are still intended to be discussed.

Certainly if it were a manifestation of folklore it would appear at least rather violent. In support of this thesis there are also the words of those who take up the video, which appears surprised and dismayed at such violence.

Only the last part of the “beating” was recorded, so we are not able to say with certainty why it started and if there were provocations and something else against the Krampus players. (source) .

Multiple reports have all noted that the violence seems to be directed against immigrants.

It is very unfortunate that this happened, although it is not a surprise. As nationalism grows throughout Italy and Europe, one should expect to see more of such outbursts.

The fact that a historical festival meant to celebrate local culture, specifically something regarded to St. Nicholas at Christmastime but involving pagan elements, is another sign noting the continual repaganization of Europe.

Likewise, the fact that it was men dressed up as demons who attacked the migrants is also very telling, for what one may be looking at here is a reflection of reality.

Culture and society is good, but only in so far as how they reflect divinely-revealed truth. In the case of Europe, their culture, which was once rooted in the Catholic Faith, survived in parts as a vestige of their past but without religion. Essentially, they have the cathedrals, some of the cultural practices, and ideas, but nobody believes in anything for the most part, and many of those who do believe have such an overlap between their concepts of ethnic nationalism with the Faith that it is at best unhelpful and many times outright harmful.

Now much has been correctly noted about the migrants, the violence that some have been allowed to commit, and how many are Muslims. However, many of the migrants are also Christians, and there is an openness to Christianity among them that is not seen in Europe, where mentioning Christianity is met with disgust and hatred, sometimes outright violence.

Who were these migrants who were attacked? Nobody knows, but the video suggests that the aggressors were not the migrants, but the people in the parade, as men dressed up as literal demons assaulted them.

It is not an exaggeration to say that Europe, having rejected the Faith, is filled with demonic influence, as nature abhors a vacuum, and if Christ is expelled, then the powers and principalities of darkness that St. Paul so warned about would naturally attempt to fill their place.

As paganism in Europe becomes more public, as nationalism and darwinistic ideas of ethnocentrism and racism rear their rotten heads once again, it is amazing to see acts such as this, for here there is a mock-demon attacking what appears to be an innocent man for no reason other than hatred, in symbolic representation of what is happening on both a spiritual and temporal level.

Recently, we noted Alexander Tschugguel, the new “darling” of the “Catholic Conservative” movement, has direct and extensive family ties to South Tyrol, and as we demonstrated, refused to denounce the Austrian Identitarian Movement (IBO), which has major ties to Germanic paganism as well as neo-Nazis.

I am NOT saying that this is tied to Tschugguel. To the contrary, I am saying that this area is a known hub of political manipulation, we have seen Austria attempt to extend Austrian citizenship to South Tyroleans as an assertion of pan-Germanism and to the anger of the Italians, and we have seen how regional nationalism is being used throughout Europe to promote separatism in order to be swept up into the currents of pan-Germanic nationalism. As it is known that this area has such a long history even through today, it is important to pay attention to anything that comes out of that area.

In the 20th century, street violence against “foreigners” often times preceded events of great horror. World War I, the Bolshevik Revolution, and World War II all saw mob violence before they started. This even in South Tyrol, while small, is a clear warning that in combination with all of the political changes taking place in Europe, something major is about to happen, not right now, but probably within a decade.

Expect to see more of this, and watch and pray, because if the rhythm of history is a guide to the future, the song playing right now portends death and destruction.
