EVERETT, Wash. (KOMO) — A mother of six who previously survived cancer died due to an infection from the novel coronavirus.
Sundee Rutter lost her husband years ago and worked on her own to provide for her children. She was 42.
“We’re pretty devastated,” says Rutter’s friend of 30 years, Jessica Harris. “She beat cancer and lost the battle to coronavirus? It’s just crazy.”
