Here’s What States May Do If You Refuse a COVID Vaccine; Getting Flu Shot is Crucial This Year, and Other C-Virus Updates
Expert Warns America: Here’s What States May Do If You Refuse a COVID Vaccine:
In the pantheon of Supreme Court cases, Jacobson v. Massachusetts doesn’t exactly get a whole lot of play.
It’s certainly not one of the precedent-setting rulings your average high school American history student can name — Roe v. Wade, Plessy v. Ferguson, Brown v. Board of Education, Obergefell v. Hodges.
It doesn’t even make the second- or third-tier of cases that you might potentially be aware of, judgments such as Loving v. Virginia, Korematsu v. United States, Mapp v. Ohio, Hamdan v. Rumsfeld, that sort of thing.

Fox is the director of the Center for Health Law Policy and Bioethics at the University of San Diego. He told KGTV-TV that if and when a vaccine for the coronavirus is developed, you could be fined and even jailed for not getting it. —>READ MORE HERE
It’s crucial to get a flu shot this year amid the coronavirus pandemic, doctors say

Experts said it’s crucial to get vaccinated this year because the coronavirus pandemic has overwhelmed hospitals in parts of the country and taken the lives of more than 176,000 people in the USA, according to Johns Hopkins data.
It’s hard to know how COVID-19 will mix with flu season: Will mask wearing and social distancing contain flu transmission as it’s meant to do with SARS-CoV-2? Or will both viruses ransack the nation as some schools reopen for in-person learning?
“This fall, nothing can be more important than to try to increase the American public’s decision to embrace the flu vaccine with confidence,” Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Robert Redfield told the editor of JAMA on Thursday. “This is a critical year for us to try to take flu as much off the table as we can.”
Here’s what doctors say you should know about the flu vaccine as we approach this year’s season: —>READ MORE HERE
