8:15 PM: GOP more confident about North Carolina.
Part of why Trump/Tillis will likely win N.C.:
GOP strategist Paul Shumaker said the RNC found low-propensity voters who DID NOT VOTE in 2016 and 2018. Of those, 30% voted early.
“That was the benefit of the ground game and personal touches,” he said. https://t.co/sgqNA5QeY9

“We have not seen the evidence yet,” Fox News Channel’s @BretBaier says about President Trump’s claims of flagrant voter fraud and abuse of the election system.

8:05 PM: Biden:
No one is going to take our democracy away from us. Not now, not ever.
America has come too far, fought too many battles, and endured too much to let that happen.

7:50 PM: Nevada:
Our lawyers just sent a criminal referral to AG Barr regarding at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud. We expect that number to grow substantially. Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV.
— Nevada GOP (@NVGOP) November 6, 2020
7:30 PM: Georgia:
As of 7:15 PM, there are just under 19,000 absentee ballots that we know of – plus provisionals, military/overseas and cured ballots – to go in Georgia.

7:25 PM: Georgia:
With most/all the Chatham County votes in, I calculate that Joe Biden will need to receive 59.3% of the remaining vote to win the State of Georgia. He will do so.
This does not factor in military votes or the potential for the discovery of additional outstanding votes. pic.twitter.com/5yOWb37Dxp

6:51 PM: MSNBC apparently cut away from Trump’s speech:
Donald Trump is not telling the truth.
20 seconds into his speech, @MSNBC cut in, corrected the record, and then returned to an interview with Arizona’s Secretary of State who also corrected the president and said that there were not illegal votes being counted.
— Kyle Griffin (@kylegriffin1) November 5, 2020
6:46 PM: Speaking at the White House, Trump claims he “easily” wins if you count the “legal votes.” He’s talking about winning swing states like Florida and Ohio even though the media and Big Tech were against him. He speaks about defending the Senate. He says he won the largest share of non-white voters for a Republican in 60 years and grew the GOP. He says Democrats are the party of big donors and Big Tech and Republicans are the party of workers. He is ripping the “suppression polls” that he says were used against him leading up to the election. Trump speaking out against attempts to “rig” the election against him. Trump says Democrats knew they couldn’t win without rigging the election and he is speaking about the “corruption” in Detroit and Philadelphia. Trump says his campaign has been denied access to observe in critical places in Georgia. Trump says he think he is going to win the election after “a lot of litigation” because he can’t have an election stolen. Trump says cases could go to the “highest court in the land.” Trump says he is hearing “horror stories” and says he is for counting “legal votes.”
6:45 PM: Pennsylvania:
Now that Trump’s PA lead is down to 75k, it’s possible there are enough remaining ballots in Delaware, Lehigh, Bucks and Berks counties to erase that entire margin – even before more Philadelphia ballots are counted.
— Dave Wasserman (@Redistrict) November 5, 2020
Beyond Philly, there are another 240,000 mail-in votes left to be counted statewide. Biden is winning those even in the reddest counties.
For example: Blair County, where Biden is down overall 71.2-27.6 overall, he’s winning the mail-in vote 56.9-41.9https://t.co/bvmPy5woXA
