Kamala Harris Called Riots ‘a Movement’ Last Summer, Said ‘They Should Not’ Stop; Matt Gaetz Destroys Democrats’ Hypocrisy on Contesting Elections and Violence

Kamala Harris Called Riots ‘a Movement’ Last Summer, Said ‘They Should Not’ Stop:

Violence is never the answer to resolving conflict, but it’s hard not to see the hypocrisy of the left when they act surprised or condemn what happened at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday.

In June 2020, in the aftermath of the nationwide rioting following the death of George Floyd at the hands of a Minneapolis police officer, Kamala Harris even gleefully predicted that the rioting wouldn’t end, telling Stephen Colbert, host of “The Late Show,” that they shouldn’t end.

“They’re not going to stop. They’re not going to stop,” she told him. “This is a movement, I’m telling you. They’re not gonna stop. And everyone beware because they’re not gonna stop. They’re not gonna stop before Election Day and they’re not going to stop after Election Day. And everyone should take note of that. They’re not gonna let up and they should not.”

The protests Kamala Harris spoke of were responsible for an estimated $1 – $2 billion in property damage between May 26 and June 8, 2020, and dozens of deaths, including that of retired St. Louis police officer David Dorn. —>READ MORE HERE

Matt Gaetz Destroys Democrats’ Hypocrisy on Contesting Elections and Violence:

Late Wednesday evening, Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) gave an impassioned speech in defense of President Donald Trump, pointing out some inconvenient facts that didn’t sit too well with his Democrat colleagues.

“Now I’m sure there are plenty of folks over there who don’t like me too much and there are a few of you that I don’t care for too much, but had anybody been hurt today, it would have been even more of a catastrophe than we already saw,” Gaetz said. “And I think that’s an important point for the country.”

“Another important point for the country is that this morning, President Trump explicitly called for demonstrations and protests to be peaceful,” Gaetz continued. “He was far more – you can moan and groan – but he was far more explicit about his calls for peace than some of the BLM and left-wing rioters were this summer when we saw violence sweep across this nation.” —>READ MORE HERE
