Biden’s Radical Joint Address Was Plagued With Political Theater

On this episode of The Federalist Radio Hour, Senior Editor Christopher Bedford and Assistant Editor Kylee Zempel join Culture Editor Emily Jashinsky to analyze President Joe Biden’s address to the joint session of Congress.

“This is all theater. All of these people are vaccinated or have had COVID. The room is empty. They’re all wearing masks. They’re distancing,” Bedford said. “Everything last night was B.S.”

Biden’s message, Zempel pointed out, merely reiterated his radical agenda and reinforced the fact that he is not the moderate president corporate media painted him to be.

“Joe Biden branded himself as the unity president and I thought it was interesting that Senator Scott’s speech was so much more hopeful and gave so much more of a message of unity and just the American spirit and bipartisanship than Joe Biden ever has in his first 100 days and did even last night,” Zempel said.

“I thought the sort of light, happy message from Tim Scott was very effective,” Jashinsky agreed.
