In this video, I talk about how Poland fought Ukraine in the years 1918 to 1919 over the city of Lviv (Lvov). Ukrainian soldiers, fighting for Austria, invaded Lviv when the Poles did not believe that they would attack. Echoing in history, the Poles also did not believe that the Ukrainian nationalists would not attack them in the 1940s:
