Yeah, I’m calling BS, especially when it’s just sitting at rest. I’d make the attorney prove that. Its not physically possible. Also, I’m not sure why anyone would be walking around with a round in the chamber with this pistol in any event. Racking a round takes probably less time than flipping the safety with a different model.
