Second Trump Indictment Is Proof Of Two-Tiered Justice System

Former President Donald Trump was indicted for a second time Thursday over the same conduct both President Joe Biden and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton engaged in at the upper echelons of government.

Trump, whose Florida home was raided by some 30 plainclothes agents last August, faces charges from a seven-count indictment over his alleged mishandling of classified documents. Federal officials ultimately confiscated 15 boxes of material in an investigation that was later given special counsel protection under the Department of Justice.

The front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination is expected to surrender to authorities on Tuesday, marking the first time a former president is arraigned over federal charges. Trump was separately indicted by the far-left Manhattan district attorney over 2016 hush-money payments to a porn actress.

Trump blasted Thursday’s partisan indictment in a video published to Truth Social, saying it is just the latest episode in a years-long effort of government-sponsored election interference.

“Just like the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax and all of the others,” Trump said, “this has been going on for seven years and they can’t stop, because it’s election interference at the highest level.”

Trump pointed out the Russia-collusion hoax was a grand conspiracy conceived by the Clinton campaign in 2016 that was personally approved by Hillary Clinton herself. Now in the latest hoax over documents, Attorney General Merrick Garland, whose 2016 Supreme Court nomination was thwarted by Trump’s triumphant victory, personally signed off on the anti-Trump persecution.

While Trump’s political opponents pursue him with partisan probes, President Biden and the First Family appear to be escaping the administration’s own standards of so-called justice.

At least five tranches of documents marked classified from Biden’s time as vice president were found in his possession across multiple locations around the country. While the media were hysterical over the Biden administration’s dramatic raid of Mar-a-Lago, news of classified information improperly located in Biden’s hands was slowly reported in the press weeks after the records’ discovery. And while Trump’s records were discovered in the former president’s heavily guarded Florida residence, Biden’s documents were found all over the place, from his old office at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington to his Delaware garage. FBI officials found a fifth pile of classified records from Biden’s time as a senator and vice president in his Wilmington home.

The corporate media have sought to protect the incumbent president by highlighting every possible distinction they can dream up while ignoring the one key difference: President Trump had the unilateral power to declassify anything he wanted. Neither Vice President Biden nor Sen. Biden did.

While Biden’s classified documents case is also under special counsel investigation, anyone holding their breath for the same level of scrutiny can expect to suffocate. Clinton is still lying about her emails scandal, in which she used a private server to communicate classified information as secretary of state and got away with it. Biden can simply do the same.

If equal legal treatment existed under the current administration, then Hunter Biden would be in jail. Multiple whistleblowers within the FBI and the Internal Revenue Service have charged the DOJ with deliberately slow-walking investigations into the president’s son.

Beyond Biden’s own classified documents scandal and his son’s mishandling of firearms, taste for prostitution and drugs, and overseas business ventures with foreign adversaries, the president faces another scandal regarding credible allegations of bribery. House Republicans who reviewed an FBI document with allegations from a “highly credible” confidential human source say then-Vice President Biden allegedly took $5 million from an executive of his son’s Ukrainian energy firm, Burisma, in exchange for policy favors. Will there be another special counsel investigation to determine whether the president is corrupt? Stop holding your breath.

It’s no wonder 4 in 5 Americans see a two-tiered justice system.
