Well, hell…no DC jury is likely to convict any Democrat because the whole jury pool consists primarily of Democrats! On the other hand, a jury of Democrats are likely to convict any Republican! Does that justify not indicting Democrats, but indicting any Republican as long as there is a smidgen of proof? Seems to me that one of the reasons in going trial is to bring the facts out. A DC jury might’ve let Miss Piggy off the hook…but the whole country (not just Fox viewers) should’ve been aware that she deleted 30,000 emails under subpoena by Congress (among other things!)!
