Six arrested during protests at Yariv Levin’s home after police clashes

Six protesters were arrested in front of Justice Minister Yariv Levin‘s home in Modi’in on Monday morning, according to police.

According to the police statement, protesters were told to move repeatedly as they were blocking traffic. They did not comply and were therefore forcibly removed, arrested, and taken in for further questioning.

The protesters were associated with the group Brothers in Arms, which represents reservists against the judicial reforms.

The scuffles broke out as police moved to control crowds gathering outside the house of Justice Minister Yariv Levin, one of the main architects of the plan, with footage showing demonstrators blocking the minister’s car, according to Reuters.
