INVADER NEWS: Illegal Alien Fugitive, Wanted for Rape, Captured in Sanctuary State New York; Ecuadorean Migrant Nabbed at US Border Deported to Face Child Rape Charges, and related stories

Illegal Alien Fugitive, Wanted for Rape, Captured in Sanctuary State New York:

An illegal alien wanted for rape in Guatemala with an Interpol Red Notice was found living in the sanctuary state of New York after having already been deported from the United States.

Alejandro Pixtun-Hernandez, a 56-year-old illegal alien fugitive from Guatemala, was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents last week in New York, which serves as a safe haven for illegal aliens with its strict sanctuary state law.

According to ICE officials, Pixtun-Hernandez was first wanted in Guatemala in March 2014 for aggravated rape, but in October 2014, he crossed the U.S.-Mexico border.

Subsequently, Border Patrol agents served Pixtun-Hernandez with an expedited deportation order, and he was deported to his native Guatemala just days later. At a later date, Pixtun-Hernandez again crossed the border and successfully got into the U.S. as millions of so-called “got-aways” have in recent years. —>READ MORE HERE

Ecuadorean migrant nabbed at US border deported to face child rape charges:

A migrant nabbed after crossing the US border was deported back to Ecuador where he faces charges of child rape, officials said Wednesday.

Rolando Vladimir Larrea-Flores, 51, was detained by US Border Patrol agents in New Mexico on June 6 after crossing into the country illegally, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.

The feds ran a check on Larrea-Flores and found out he had an active warrant for his arrest in Ecuador on charges that he raped a minor.

Larrea-Flores was then taken by Enforcement and Removal Operations officers in Denver last week and escorted on a flight to Jose Joaquin de Olmedo International Airport in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Once he arrived, US feds turned him over to local authorities.

“When people try to flee justice in their home country by running to ours, we will return them,” Kelei Walker, acting field office director of the ERO field office in Denver, said in a statement. —>READ MORE HERE
