Ukraine’s Armed Forces repel Russian attacks on 7 fronts − General Staff:
The Russians have kept trying to surround Avdiivka in Donetsk Oblast, and have conducted assaults near Ivanivske, Klishchiivka and Andriivka, but Ukrainian soldiers are holding the defence; a total of 80 clashes took place at the front during the day.

Quote from the General Staff: “During the past 24 hours, 80 combat clashes took place. In total, the enemy launched four missile strikes and 53 air strikes and carried out 45 attacks from multiple-launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas.”
Details: In the area of responsibility of the Tavriia Operational Strategic Group on the Avdiivka front, the Russians keep trying to surround Avdiivka with support from aircraft. Ukrainian soldiers are steadfastly holding the defence, inflicting significant losses on the Russians. The Russians’ offensive operations south of Novokalynove, Avdiivka, Sieverne and east of Pervomaiske in Donetsk Oblast were unsuccessful. Here, the Defence Forces repulsed 18 attacks.
On the Lyman front, the Russians conducted unsuccessful assaults near Nadiia and Novoiehorivka (Luhansk Oblast) and Torske (Donetsk Oblast), where Ukrainian defenders repelled six attacks.
On the Bakhmut front, the Russians carried out assaults near Ivanivske, Klishchiivka and Andriivka (Donetsk Oblast), where the defenders repelled 15 attacks. The defence forces of Ukraine are continuing their assault operations south of Bakhmut in Donetsk Oblast, inflicting losses on the Russians in manpower and equipment and consolidating their positions.
On the Marinka front, the Russians, with aircraft support, conducted unsuccessful assaults near Marinka and Novomykhailivka (Donetsk Oblast), where the defenders repelled 24 attacks. —>READ MORE HERE
War update: 57 combat clashes reported along Ukrainian frontlines:
During the day, 57 combat engagements occurred between Ukraine’s Defense Forces and Russian invasion troops.
That’s according to the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Ukrinform reports.
Ukraine’s defense forces continue their offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, as well as offensive (assault) efforts – on the Bakhmut axis.
The Armed Forces are inflicting losses on enemy manpower and equipment, depleting the invaders’ force along the entire front line.
During the day, the Ukrainian Air Force launched 10 strikes on Russian manpower and equipment clusters. Also, the air defense units intercepted two Shahed-136/131 one-way attack UAVs and a Kh-59 guided missile.
Missile forces hit six enemy clusters, a control post, 17 artillery systems, three air defense systems, and a fuel depot.
The enemy launched four missile strikes and 42 airstrikes, and fired 26 rocket salvos at the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure objects were affected. A number of civilians were killed and wounded.
In total, 57 combat clashes have taken place at the front throughout the day. The operational situation in the east and south of Ukraine remains difficult.
On the Volyn and Polissia axes, the situation has not changed significantly. There were no signs of enemy offensive groupings being formed. Certain units of the Belarusian armed forces perform routine tasks in the border areas.
In the Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna directions, the Russians maintain their military presence in the border areas, going for sabotage and reconnaissance efforts and shelling populated areas from their own territory. About 15 settlements were hit by artillery and mortars, including Kliusy, Senkivka, and Hremiach in Chernihiv region; Volfine, Veselivka, and Turia of Sumy region; Veterynarne, Starytsia, and Budarky of Kharkiv region. —>READ MORE HERE
