Defenсe Forces repel almost 50 attacks on Avdiivka front − General Staff:

The Russian occupiers are continuing to actively attack on the Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Lyman, Marinka and Shakhtarsk fronts. About a hundred combat clashes occurred at the contact zone over the past day alone.

Quote from the General Staff: “Over the past day, 98 combat clashes took place. In total, the enemy launched three missile strikes and 61 airstrikes and carried out 67 attacks from multiple-launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and settlements.”

Details: In the area of responsibility of the Tavriia Operational Strategic Group on the Avdiivka front, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the Russians, who keep trying to surround Avdiivka. Ukrainian soldiers are steadfastly holding the defence, inflicting significant losses on the Russians. The Defence Forces successfully repelled 49 Russian attacks in Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, Avdiivka, south of Sieverne and Tonenke and Pervomaiske (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Lyman front, Ukrainian soldiers repelled five Russian attacks in Terniv and Vesele, Donetsk Oblast and Makiivka (Luhansk Oblast).

On the Bakhmut front, the Ukrainian defenders repelled 13 Russian attacks in Hryhorivka, Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka and Andriivka (Donetsk Oblast). The Defence Forces of Ukraine are continuing their assault operations south of Bakhmut in Donetsk Oblast, inflicting losses on Russian manpower and equipment and consolidating their positions.

On the Marinka front, the Defence Forces are continuing to hold back the Russians in Marinka and Novomykhailivka (Donetsk Oblast), where the defenders repelled 18 attacks. —>READ MORE HERE

Over the past day, 73 combat clashes took place at the front; the Russians launched 10 missile attacks and fired 46 times from multiple-launch rocket systems.

Details: On the Kupiansk front, Ukrainian defenders repelled two Russian attacks near Synkivka in Kharkiv Oblast.

On the Lyman front, Ukrainian defence forces repelled eight Russian attacks in the vicinity of Spirne and Vesele (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Bakhmut front, Ukrainian defence forces repelled 13 Russian attacks near Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, Andriivka and Pivnichne (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Avdiivka front, Ukrainian defenders repelled 36 Russian attacks east of Novobakhmutivka, Avdiivka, south of Sieverne, south of Tonenke, Pervomaiske and Nevelske (Donetsk Oblast), where Russian troops unsuccessfully tried to break through the defences of Ukrainian troops. —>READ MORE HERE
