The Japanese media has reported that the plane may have collided with a Japan Coast Guard aircraft
A passenger jet has caught fire on the runway at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport. Local media has reported that the incident may have been preceded by a collision with another plane belonging to the Japan Coast Guard.
