Tony Bobulinski Flames Jamie Raskin For ‘Assassination Of Character’ Post-House Interview

Former Biden family business partner Tony Bobulinski blasted Rep. Jamie Raskin for engaging in “abusive conduct and disingenuous mischaracterizations” after the Democrat smeared Bobulinski’s recent testimony to the House Oversight and Judiciary committees about President Joe Biden’s involvement in the Biden family business.

“Minority assassination of Mr. Bobulinski’s character and grotesque mischaracterizations of his words will only serve to highlight the gaslighting and vilification Mr.Bobulinski has endured since he reluctantly came forward almost four years ago to share with the public the facts of his business experience with the Biden family,” the letter began. “As the public will see soon enough, Mr. Bobulinski has the facts and the receipts, and no amount of character assassination will change that.”

Bobulinski confirmed shortly before the 2020 presidential election that evidence from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop linked the elder Biden to his son’s foreign business and a Senate report on the Biden family’s potentially criminal business activity were both factually accurate. Any claim that Joe wasn’t involved in Hunter’s wheeling and dealings, Bobulinski added, was “a blatant lie.” He also said the whole Biden family is “compromised” by communist China.

Despite Bobulinski’s long history of corroborating Biden family corruption, House Oversight ranking member Raskin claimed in a statement that “Mr. Bobulinski did not provide any evidence of wrongdoing by President Biden, nor did he provide any evidence at all that President Biden was involved in his family’s business dealings.”

Raskin not only said Bobulinski falsely accused the FBI, Cassidy Hutchinson, and other Biden business partners of lying but also remarked to a corporate media reporter following the eight-hour-long interview that he believes Bobulinski to be an “untrustworthy witness” and “a political tool of the Trump campaign.”

Bobulinski’s legal counsel at Elections LLC did not take kindly to Raskin’s “scurrilous allegations” and warned that further allegations would not be tolerated.

“First, it is categorically false to assert that Mr. Bobulinski failed to ‘provide any evidence at all that President Biden was involved in his family’s business dealings’ or that he did not testify that ‘Joe Biden was not part of [the Biden family’s] business structure,’” the letter warned. “Mr. Bobulinski’s testimony and motivations for coming forward will soon be available for all to see, and false mischaracterizations will have no place in this debate.”

In his opening statement to House investigators on Tuesday, Bobulinski emphasized that the Biden family enriched themselves by marketing Joe’s political status.

“I want to be crystal clear, from my direct personal experience and what I have subsequently come to learn, it is clear to me that Joe Biden was ‘the Brand’ being sold by the Biden family,” Bobulinski said.

Bobulinski’s legal team also rejected Raskin’s claims that he accused the FBI of lying “about his voluntary statements before them in October 2020.”

As previously reported, Timothy Thibault, the FBI assistant special agent tasked with leading the Hunter Biden investigation, was supposed to follow up with Bobulinski about his claims before the 2020 presidential election. Bobulinski told Tucker Carlson in a follow-up interview in 2022 that he never heard from Thibault again.

“The transcript will show that when Mr. Bobulinski was asked by the Minority about second-hand accounts of his words rather than asking him direct questions, Mr. Bobulinski simply corrected errors in the FBI’s internal 302 report about his statements,” the letter continues. “As Mr. Bobulinski testified yesterday, these errors could have been corrected years ago if Mr. Bobulinski had been shown the FBI’s internal summary or if ANY government agency had reached out to us at the time.”

Bobulinski’s legal team confirmed that if any government agency had asked “we would have happily made Mr. Bobulinski available for further testimony or to further highlight the thousands of pieces of evidence he made available in 2020.”

“Mr. Bobulinski will vigorously defend his honor, reputation and patriotism against all who choose to ignore the facts and deflect from the truth by issuing falsehoods and engaging in rank character assassination,” the letter concludes. “The truth is coming – and those who choose to knowingly perpetuate false narratives by dishonestly attacking Mr. Bobulinski will find themselves on the wrong side of history.”
