Jesus' Coming Back

Goodbye, Peace

By Theodore Shoebat

Goodbye, Peace. It has been very nice spending time with you. I want to thank you for the nostalgic memories in these past decades. It is sad to see you go so soon. It is sad to see how so many people have kicked you out of their abodes, or slammed their doors to your face. If no one wants to acknowledge your presence, they will soon feel your absence. But before then, we already bear witness to your leaving. We see the riots in the British Isles, done by so-called patriots, how they destroy property and relish in burning businesses to ashes because they are owned by foreigners. They speak of death and murder and laugh about it, and seas of rage roar from our bright screens, as we scroll with our thumbs to our mind’s death, on these machines of gloom, on these sites of anarchy, where anyone can fabricate stories and stir up the mob. The riots sparked after three little girls were butchered, and there were already faceless figures taking to the net to spread falsehoods: they said that the murderer was a Syrian, who crossed the sea to enter Britain and murdered the three girls. This Syrian migrant does not exist, except he did briefly in the minds of the enraged thugs who covered the streets, set fire to property, tried to burn people alive in a hotel, and still plan on bringing about more chaos.

And then there are Muslims so many of whom are filled with malice, who don’t mind terrorism, inhumanities and outrages. And then there are members of minority demographics who look at whites with contempt, don’t mind robbing, don’t mind stabbing, and when the law confronts them, they cry victim. Their violence, their will to rob, kill and destroy, which they unleash with abandon and cry foul when the enforcers of the law pounce on them, brings about an anger from normal and decent people, and it also provides the perfect propaganda fodder to convince people to think: ‘Ah, I was told about racism as a child, I was told of Martin Luther King Jr. in my younger years, but here I am seeing cities burn, buildings aflame, cars alighted, stores robbed, officers ambushed and killed; I see crime going up, I see neighborhoods ruined and unrestrained violence. And yet, in the midst of this chaos, I am told the police are the problem, the whites are the problem, when the grim reality is right before me, and yet they try to haze my vision, and tell me the cause is poverty, lack of opportunity. Well, I’ll say that what I was taught in my youth was rubbish, and these people, who make Roman salutes, who march with torches at night, who revere Darwin and place race above everything, I’ll say that these people were the right ones all along, and those who taught me many years ago were brainwashed and brainwashing others.’

Seeing cities burned, crimes done and havoc wreaked by other races, another race says: ‘Let us follow suit, and damn anyone else who tells us otherwise.’ They lift up their hands, thirsting for blood; in the name of justice they bring about destruction with an aimless lust for murder; in the name of liberty they spread tyranny, and their flames of insatiable rage are fanned by outside instigators who would not lift a finger in their defense, but only relish in the fact that they have such influence over them. They will say, ‘The members of this race did such and such a crime,’ and so like mindless bulls when they see red, they will want to hunt down all members of a foreign people, and the good with the bad are taken by this blender of wrath. What we were told as children is dissipating in the winds of man’s fleeting hysteria, and it only grows as time moves on. Goodbye, Peace.

And then there is the Middle East — the land of Shem — as its being engulfed by madness. Israeli soldiers sodomized a Palestinian detainee, and when the police came to arrest these soldiers, all of a sudden they were victims. Mobs came to their defense, and all of a sudden the sodomizers were heroes, true patriots, and the officers were evil because they were going after “our soldiers.” All of a sudden, sodomizing men is considered good, as long as the sodomized are perceived as “terrorists”. The spirit of Sodom has seized the Jewish people. On one side you have the left-wing who embraces Sodom by flying their multicolored flag and openly making themselves an affront to heaven. And on the other side, you have the zealots, those who appear religious, who claim to have the utmost fervor for heaven’s laws, and yet will defend the sodomizing of men in the name of fighting for Israel. And this sentiment can be found from the bottom to the top of Israeli society.

When Israeli lawmaker, Hanoch Milwidsky, was asked “To insert a stick in a person’s rectum, is that legitimate?” he exclaimed: “Yes!” In the day’s of Israel’s antiquity, an entire mob of men from the tribe of Benjamin surrounded a house to sodomize a Hebrew traveller, and when they couldn’t lay hands on him, they settled for raping a woman, the whole mob ravishing her until she died. When the other tribes of Israel, after hearing of this horror, demanded from Benjamin to give over the criminals so that they may be put to death, saying  “What evil is this that has taken place among you?”,  “the Benjaminites would not listen to the voice of their brothers, the people of Israel. Then the people of Benjamin came together out of the cities to Gibeah to go out to battle against the people of Israel.” (Judges 20:12-14) Israel sought justice, but the mobs gathered to bring violence to defend those who wanted to rape men. And what do our eyes bear witness to today? Did we not see mobs in the army camps of Sde Temain and Beit Lid, assembled to defend soldiers who sodomized a prisoner? The spirit that possessed the Israelites in the days of old is lingering about in the Jews of today. They will say that Christians don’t really follow the Torah, and yet they will defend such an injustice. It is no wonder that God addresses Israel as Sodom:

“Behold, everyone who quotes proverbs will quote this proverb about you, saying ‘Like [mother, like daughter.’ … As I live, declares the Lord God, Sodom, your sister and her daughters have not done as you and your daughters have done! (Ezekiel 16:46-48)

Nigh to Israel are the fanatics of Lebanon, of Iran, Yemen and Turkey. You have the Israelis who take pleasure in seeing the slaughter and ruins of Gaza and who defend sodomizers. And then you have those of Hezbollah who seek war on the Jews, and then you have the Iranians who seek to annihilate Israel and to exterminate Saudi Arabia for being friendly with the Israelis. No one seeks peace, no not one.  Iran is filled with demented Shiites, and Lebanon, too, shares in its madness; and Saudi Arabia saturates itself in luxury and its elites indulge in pedophilia (while Israel serves as a safe haven for Jewish pedophiles running from the law). What is this but madness? The curse of Shem shows itself like a thick cloud in a raging storm. Did not Noah say, Blessed be the Lord God of Shem? (Genesis 9:26) Who is the God of Shem? The answer can be found in the name itself. For Shem merely means “name” as in the name of the Lord.

Shem’s destiny was to bring the name of God to the gentiles. They had this calling before their descent into paganism. Its why the Bible speaks of Job — a man who was alive before Moses, who lived in Arabia, and whose book is the oldest in the Bible; its why before Moses was a prophet he was with Jethro, an Arab and the priest of Midian (Exodus 2:16) who told Moses after the Exodus: “Now I know that the Lord is greater than all gods” (Exodus 18:11). This is because Jethro, being a priest, knew of the true God, but was corrupted by paganism, and seeing the miracles in the Exodus, returned fully back to the God of Shem.

But Noah prophesied that Shem would abandon his position of upholding the name of God: “May God enlarge Japheth, and let him dwell in the tents of Shem” (Genesis 9:27). Japheth was the father of the European peoples, and the tents of Shem are the temples of Shem. The Jews killed the ultimate Temple — Christ — And who led Christendom but the Japhethites, the Europeans? It was the sons of Japheth — and not the Hebrews — who would be the greatest evangelizers of the God of Shem.

They had the greatest empires — for God enlarged Japheth — and through these empires did the name of the God of Shem inundate the earth. And where is Shem today? Look to the lands of Shem and you will see Jews in Israel upholding Sodom — either by waving the flag of Sodom or defending the sodomizers of detainees. Look to the lands of Shem and you will see Islam, which is yet another distortion of the God of Shem. The Messiah came from the line of Shem, God incarnated in the flesh of Shem, and the Muslim teaches that He is but a prophet. The name (Shem) of God is in Christ, and God foretold of this to Moses:

“I send an angel before you to guard you on the way and to bring you to the place that I have prepared. Pay careful attention to him and obey his voice; do not rebel against him, for he will not pardon your transgression, for my name is in him.” (Exodus 23:20-21)

This Angel pardon’s transgressions, and the name (Shem) of God is in Him. And when speaking of the suffering Messiah, Isaiah also speaks of the angel of the Presence of the Messiah: “And he became their Savior. In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them”.  He is called the Angel of God’s Presence, because the name (Shem) of God is in Him. This is the Messiah, the God of Shem, Who saves the world. And yet Shem’s posterity has abandoned his tents, and Japheth entered them. But what happens when Japheth leaves the tents of Shem? Look no further than the Third Reich to see an example of what is to come as a result of Japheth abandoning Shem’s tents. And you see Japheth today in a rage that will be as a deluge in Europe.

Violent rage against foreigners — even if they are innocent — is bursting forth like lava through earthquakes, and its not going to be abated. Goodbye, Peace.

At one point, the Canaanites knew the God of Shem; they had Melchizedek as their king and priest in Jerusalem (before the Exodus of the Hebrews, it was a Canaanite city), and he gave the first precursor to the Communion, giving a sacrifice of bread and wine which Abraham partook in, and it was Melchizedek’s priesthood that Christ is a member of. And yet, the Canaanites eventually decayed into horrendous evil. In the Book of Numbers God speaks of necromancy, homosexuality and child sacrifice, and says to Moses: “you shall not walk in the customs of the nation that I am driving out before you, for they did all these things, and therefore I detested them.” (Numbers 20:23) The one Who led the Hebrews into battle against the sinister Canaanites was the very Angel Who Isaiah wrote of: the Angel of God’s Presence, in Whom is the name (Shem) of the Lord. Joshua saw a man, armed with sword, and worshipped:

“And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries? And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the Lord am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my Lord unto his servant?” (Joshua 5:13-14)

Canaan knew the true God, having the founder of the priesthood of Christ — Melchizedek — as their priest and king, and they trodded upon the path of Sodom, on the path of the diabolical. Joshua is then sent to punish the Canaanites; he sees a man and worships, he sees a priest of the priesthood of Melchizedek and worships. He saw God in the flesh, and conquered evil. Jacob wrestled a man who touched his hip “and Jacob’s hip was put out of joint as he wrestled with him”, and he was “limping because of his hip.” (Genesis 32:25-31) And Jacob said: “I have seen God face to face” (Genesis 32:30) Jacob wrestled with the God-man and the God-man broke his hip joint, and yet the God-man told him:  “Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel, for you have striven with God and with men, and have prevailed.” But later it says that Jacob was limping because of his hip. How could he have prevailed over God when his hip got dislocated? Israel wrestled with God, and God broke Israel’s hip, and let him feel as if he won. Israel nailed God to a cross, and it looked as if Israel had prevailed. But where is Israel today? He has become Sodom, rejecting the One of Whom Moses spoke of when he wrote: “the Lord rained on Sodom and Gomorrah sulfur and fire from the Lord out of heaven” (Genesis 19:23). The Lord on earth — Who came to Abraham as a man — reined down fire from the Lord in Heaven, this being the Son bringing down the fury of the Father.

Is Israel being as Joshua, bowing down in worship before the God-man as he did before his victory over the Canaanites? Israel today rejects the God-man, arguing that God cannot be worshipped in the form of a man, thus rejecting Christ. Instead, Israel has become Canaan, and we say this with the prophet Ezekiel: “make known to Jerusalem her abominations, and say, Thus says the Lord God to Jerusalem: Your origin and your birth are of the land of the Canaanites” (Ezekiel 16:2).

And if the Jews wish to deny this — which they are wont of doing — then we shall ask them, Where is your temple? They will say that the Romans destroyed it. But it could have only been allowed to be destroyed because Israel rejected God. However, the Jews in those days were very religious, Josephus testifying that the Romans were astonished as to the religious fervor of the Jews, seeing how they observed the sabbath in the midst of war with Rome, and how — when the temple was on fire — they threw themselves into the flames, choosing to rather die than see their temple burn down. Apparently they had a love for their religion. But, remember what God told Solomon, that if Israel rejected Him, He would cast the Temple out of His sight, and the world would wonder why God abandoned His house:

“But if you turn aside and forsake my statutes and my commandments that I have set before you, and go and serve other gods and worship them, then I will pluck you up from my land that I have given you, and this house that I have consecrated for my name, I will cast out of my sight, and I will make it a proverb and a byword among all peoples. And at this house, which was exalted, everyone passing by will be astonished and say, ‘Why has the Lord done thus to this land and to this house?’ Then they will say, ‘Because they abandoned the Lord, the God of their fathers who brought them out of the land of Egypt, and laid hold on other gods and worshiped them and served them. Therefore he has brought all this disaster on them.’” (2 Chronicles 7:19-22)

But during their war with the Romans, they still sacrificed animals, they still kept the sabbath, they still kept to their dietary laws. Why would God allow for the temple to be destroyed? When they crucified the God-man, they thought they had prevailed, but they had forgotten when He told them: Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” (John 2:19). They were careless to Christ’s words when He said: “I tell you, something greater than the temple is here.” (Matthew 12:6) They saw Christ as a subverter, as a terrorist against their Temple, so they nailed Him onto a cross, thinking that Israel had prevailed, and as He hung from from the wood, as his hands hung from nails, they looked up to him and with scorn said:

“You who would destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days, save yourself! If you are the Son of God, come down from the cross.” (Matthew 27:40)

They did not know — so drunk off of their thought of victory — that they had nailed the Temple to the cross. They had rejected the Temple Who was greater than their temple. And why should we trust their rabbis and their commentaries, when they still cling onto the very rebels who led them into the very war that destroyed their temple, since God told them that if they reject Him He will reject their temple? The destruction of their temple is evidence enough that no one should put faith in their beliefs. The temple was destroyed because they rejected Him Who is greater than the temple. They rejected the One Who led Israel to victory over Canaan, and they became Canaan. Ham laughed at his father’s nakedness after he left the wooden ark, and drunk of the vine to ease his suffering, and Noah said, Cursed be Canaan. And the Jews laughed at Christ as he was naked on the wooden cross, enduring the cup of his suffering, and Israel became Canaan. The modern day Canaanites will storm military bases — Sde Teiman and Beit Lid — armed with weapons, and willing to do violence to other Israelis in defense of soldiers who sodomized a Palestinian detainee.

In a cabinet meeting, Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi, reported that “a few days ago it was posted online that a gun should be put to the head of the Military Police investigator, and photographs of female officers in the military prosecution were posted.”

He expressed his shock that Jewish radicals want to murder Israeli soldiers: “Nineteen-year-old soldiers are being turned into the enemy. Where are we living?” His expression reflects the feeling that has pervaded the world: nothing feels stable, capriciousness reigns, the balance that made our lives so comfortable in these last decades is tilting into the abyss of fanaticism. Did not the Jews butcher one another during their war with Rome? Josephus testifies: “Upon the whole, nobody durst speak their minds, for tyranny was generally tolerated; and at this time were those seeds sown which brought the city to destruction.” (Wars, 2.14.2) “Everyone will seize the hand of his neighbor, and raise his hand against his neighbor’s hand” (Zechariah 14:13). And as the Romans destroyed them, it looks like the usurpers of the eastern Roman Empire, the Turks, are going to destroy them. Because of their slaughter of the Palestinians, the leader of Turkey, Erdogan, stated:

“We must be very strong so that Israel cannot do these ridiculous things to Palestine. Just as we entered Karabakh and we entered Libya, we may do similar to them”

Karabakh is the region where Turkey, through its proxy Azerbaijan, defeated the Armenians and pushed them out. In other words, Erdogan is saying: ‘Just as we killed the Armenians, we will kill the Jews.’ From one Holocaust, the Jews are entering another Holocaust. “Though they have come out of the fire, yet the fire will consume them.” (Ezekiel 15:7)

The new Turkish empire looms through the clouds of history’s ruins, and will be ready to swallow up its neighbors like a leviathan. The Holocaust happened in Europe, in camps and pogroms, and the future holocaust will happen in the Jewish state itself, making the whole of Israel into one concentration camp. Goodbye, peace. The genocide of the Armenians was done by the Ottoman Empire while it was on its final breaths, and the slaughter of the Armenians, which has already begun and will continue, is and will be done by the reborn Ottoman Empire. No matter how much of a monster Turkey is and becomes, it will be backed by NATO; for the latter needs the former due to its access into the Black Sea and the Mediterranean.

The monster will grow stronger, demanding blood for its nourishment, and NATO will not put a stop to it, because Turkey is seen as the bulwark against Russia. Armenia lies on Russia’s backyard, and Turkey expands itself in the Caucasus, in Syria and Iraq; Russia will not stand for it, and the two historic enemies will eventually clash. Turkey has nuclear weapons, given to it by NATO, and the Americans will not remove them because to do so would spur the Turks to sever its alliance with the US. As the New York Times reported: “Those weapons, one senior official said, were now essentially Erdogan’s hostages. To fly them out of Incirlik would be to mark the de facto end of the Turkish-American alliance. To keep them there, though, is to perpetuate a nuclear vulnerability that should have been eliminated years ago.”

What can we say at this harrowing reality of nuclear war — looking at the unprecedented peace that we have grown so accustomed to, drifting away like shatters of wood from a sinking ship — other than, goodbye, Peace?

The arms dealers itch for war, the Jacobins — the fanatics — crave for revolution, thirsting for blood. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. (Philippians 4:5) Reasonableness, balance, these things are more and more pushed into the unpopular camp, and the fringe is getting deeper into the mainstream. In Israel, the Jewish fanatic grows in popularity, and not only desires to kill the Palestinian, but the moderate Jew as well. In the Western world, there lies the phenomena of the political fanatic, the revolutionary who uses the crimes of foreigners to justify a violent nationalism, bent on destruction — a sort of repackaged nazism — and when you see waves of people on the internet expressing support for British rioters for setting fire to businesses because their owners are Middle Eastern, then you know that the past’s rhetoric against racism is becoming distant, and something of the world of old. What World War Two put an end to — that is, Nazism and its ilk — is now awakening, and we see the flames of this once dormant dragon on the ruined businesses set alight by crazed rioters. The United States has been supporting the nazis of Ukraine, and the bloodthirsty neo-Ottomanists in Turkey, the Islamists in Syria, all in the name of fighting Russia. These monsters — Nazism, neo-Ottomanism, Islamism — are getting bigger, and they will engulf the earth with their madness. Goodbye, peace.

So I turned to consider wisdom and madness and folly. (Ecclesiastes 2:12) Behold the sight of wisdom being slain and ravished, and see humanity uplift madness, put him on a throne and crown him. Madness usurps while peace is placed on a ship and sailed away, and who waves to her goodbye? Over a century ago, a million Armenians were butchered by the Ottoman Empire. We thought this empire lied dead underneath the cold ruins of the past, but here it is, being brought back from the grave; its heroes are still praised, those who committed the butchery are still hailed. Like the old gods of pagandom who get revived by their present-day worshippers, the butchers of history make their way back from bygone years through the highways of men’s hearts. Through the folly of vain glory, they are brought back by mobs who aspire to return to some glory days that only exist in their minds; through madness, forgotten devils are summoned. In the region of Nagorno-Karabakh, thousands of Armenians were driven from their homes by Turks; Armenians were executed and beheaded. We are not speaking of something in 1917, but 2020, our own time, during and after the war between Armenians and Azerbaijan — Turkey’s proxy. Do we not see, the new Ottoman Empire, like a Frankenstein, coming back? Do we not see the madness of history coming alive? And now we hear of the Germans wanting to become “war ready” against Russia. Have we not seen this before? Did the world not see Germans and Russians kill each other in two world wars? The German defense minister, Boris Pistorius, said “We must be ready for war by 2029”.

This is coming from Germany, a county who for decades has talked of renouncing war, but even here the demons of history return. Nationalism is rising, sympathy for Hitler grows in popularity, and one of the biggest parties in Germany is one led by a man — Bjorn Hocke — who deems remembrance for the Holocaust as a “dead rite” and calls for a renewed awakening for German pride. Not only this, but he calls for the enforcement of his ideology, saying: “Not only do we dare to demand it, no, dear friends, we will also enforce it for the sake of our dear fatherland.” Twenty years ago, this man would have been considered fringe, but now he is a mainstream politician. Do you not see how much the world has changed? How much it has shifted? We are not living in the same world we did fifteen or twenty years ago. We are transitioning into the nightmarish realms of the past — where revolutionary ideology, racialism, eugenics — are coming into mainstream once again. In 2018, the world saw gigantic demonstrations in France where protestors held up mock guillotines, harking back to the reign of terror of the French Revolution. We are returning to various realms in history. In Israel, we are seeing a return to the time around the destruction of the Temple, when on the streets of Jerusalem, revolutionary Jews butchered other Jews who they deemed as not Jewish enough — or not rebellious enough. And Jewish men dressed as women as they slaughtered people in the streets, as Josephus recounted:

“They also devoured what spoils they had taken, together with their blood, and indulged themselves in feminine wantonness, without any disturbance, till they were satiated therewith; while they decked their hair, and put on women’s garments, and were besmeared over with ointments; and that they might appear very comely, they had paints under their eyes, and imitated not only the ornaments, but also the lusts of women, and were guilty of such intolerable uncleanness, that they invented unlawful pleasures of that sort. And thus did they roll themselves up and down the city, as in a brothel-house, and defiled it entirely with their impure actions; nay, while their faces looked like the faces of women, they killed with their right hands; and when their gait was effeminate, they presently attacked men, and became warriors, and drew their swords from under their finely dyed cloaks, and ran every body through whom they alighted upon.” (Josephus, Wars, 4.9.10)

Sodom, bloodshed, massacres — born of the demons that are possessing the soul of Israel, and driving the nation into madness. What will we see next? Evil knowns no bounds, and the degenerate mind spirals into the endless abyss. We saw this madness, watching crowds of fanatics in the Israeli detention camps, raging and frothing to defend sodomizers, harking back to their Benjamite ancestors — yet another transition into history that we see humanity sojourning. In Europe we are seeing this return to history. Mob violence against foreigners is seen as favorable by many. Germany had Kristallnacht years before the Holocaust, and in Britain we have seen mobs destroying businesses because their owners are Middle Eastern. Overlooking such violence are the grins of provocateurs, riling the mob with the feelings of justification. If the mobs were attacking Jews, it would be said that such violence is antisemitic (and this would be correct), and we argue here that since Arabs are themselves Semitic, then this violence against Middle Eastern business owners is also antisemitic. But do not think that the Jews are immune, for rage against the Jewish people is also growing. The violence done by the Israeli war machine is being seen with disdain, and its being used to foment not only hatred against Jews, but a love for Hitler. Wealthy Jewish elites are also being pointed at, as the source of society’s despair, and this too is being used as a pretext for hatred against Jews. The world is turning against the Jews, and we can see how Zechariah will be fulfilled when he spoke of Israel being butchered to the point that only one-third of its people will remain: “that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.” (Zechariah 13:8) The tides are turning, the winds are changing, guiding the sales of humanity back to its perdition. The ship on which Peace sails is drifting away in the storm of madness. Goodbye, Peace.
