INVADER NEWS: Stop Giving Migrant Thugs Endless Chances — Deport Them or Lock Them Up NOW; Venezuelan Migrant with Suspected Gang Ties Released into US Before ‘terrorizing’ NYC — and Has Yet to Be Deported

Stop giving migrant thugs endless chances — deport them or lock them up NOW:

How many robberies, rapes and murders will it take to end migrant-crime madness?

Recent outrages in Gotham alone will make your hair stand up, yet the perps not only get to remain in America but are often set free to terrorize everyone else. Time and time again.

It’s pure insanity.

Take Yohenry Brito. An “asylum-seeking” thug from Venezuela arrested and released in three separate thefts, Brito went on to lead a gang of fellow migrants in a vicious beatdown of two NYPD cops.

Yes — cops!

Was he deported? Nope. Locked behind bars? Nope.

So Brito was free to rob two Sephora stores in just the past few weeks, cops say.

Surely this menace deserves to be sent home yesterday — remember, he has no right to be here in the first place; the Biden-Harris team has merely “paroled” him. Yet don’t be surprised if he’s freed yet again.

Or consider the horrifying knifepoint rape in Coney Island Sunday.

Daniel Davon-Bonilla, a Nicaraguan migrant, pleaded guilty to a savage sexual assault last year. Yet somehow he, too, was allowed to remain here — and even set free.

And on Sunday, he allegedly threw a 46-year-old woman to the ground and raped her at knifepoint.

Meanwhile, his alleged accomplice, migrant Leovando Mereno, smashed her boyfriend with a pipe when he intervened, sources say.

Sunday also brought a stabbing amid mayhem outside the Randall’s Island migrant shelter. —>READ MORE HERE

Venezuelan migrant with suspected gang ties released into US before ‘terrorizing’ NYC — and has yet to be deported:

A Venezuelan migrant with suspected gang ties who illegally snuck across the border and went on a “terrorizing” crime spree still won’t be deported, a House committee report reveals.

Department of Homeland Security officials stonewalled congressional requests for months about Daniel Hernandez Martinez, 30, the migrant who The Post revealed last September had been arrested — and released — eight times on 14 charges in the Big Apple.

Now, the House Judiciary Committee has received Martinez’s full Homeland Security record, revealing the “suspected Tren de Aragua gang member” committed a total of “at least 22 criminal offenses” in New York City between June and November 2023, a 10-page report released Wednesday shows.

The US Border Patrol first encountered Martinez “near Ysleta, Texas,” on Jan. 23, 2023, according to the record.

At the time of his arrest in January, border agents noted that he was a suspected member of Tren de Aragua and kicked him back to Mexico under the Trump-era Title 42 COVID expulsion order, Homeland Security sources told The Post.

Agents likely couldn’t confirm his membership with the gang because they don’t have access to Venezuelan databases, the sources said.

He “subsequently” snuck back into the US at an unknown date, time and place.

Hernandez’s six-month crime spree months later in New York included counts of petit larceny, criminal possession of a weapon and assault, among others.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) only became involved after the suspected gang member’s seventh encounter with the NYPD, lodging a detainer against him on Sept. 1, 2023. —>READ MORE HERE
