Over a hundred hostages still in Gaza

One year later, 101 hostages remain in Hamas captivity.

Over the weekend, hostage families and protesters held demonstrations nationwide, calling to bring the hostages home, just ahead of the one-year mark of the Hamas October 7 attack.

“We are standing today after a whole year has passed, and they are still there. A whole year has passed, and it seems like the situation has only escalated,” Naama Weinberg, whose cousin Itay Svirsky was killed in Hamas captivity, said at Tel Aviv’s Begin-Kaplan intersection.
