Trump just recently stated that Netanyahu will listen to him and that he will bring the war to an end, as we read in Walla:
The former president of the United States and the Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump, said tonight (Monday) in an interview with the “Al-Arabiya” network that he wants the war in the Middle East to end. We want lasting peace.
According to him, we don’t want it to repeat itself every two years or every five years. Netanyahu listens to me, but I am not the president now. I still need to win.
Trump added: If I win, expanding the Abraham Accords will be high on my list of priorities. The destruction in Gaza is terrible and it happened because of October 7. Israel cannot be blamed for hitting back very hard.
