INVADER NEWS: Sex-Assault Victim Called 911 Pretending to Order Pizza —Leading to Arrest of Illegal Immigrant a Day After He Applied for Asylum; Woman Calls 911 for ‘pizza,’ Then Man Found Trying to Rape Her in Field, Florida Cops Say
Sex-assault victim called 911 pretending to order pizza —leading to arrest of illegal immigrant a day after he applied for asylum: sheriff:
An illegal immigrant was allegedly caught in the act while trying to rape a Florida woman — who had raised the alarm by calling 911 and pretending to order pizza, according to authorities.
Mexican native Luis Hernandez-Moncayo, 27, was arrested for kidnapping and sexual assault earlier this month — just a day after he applied for asylum, according to Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood.
Hernandez-Moncayo had turned “extremely violent” after doing cocaine, and was found “on top of a screaming female” with his genitals exposed in a field in Pierson, the sheriff said.
The quick-thinking alleged victim raised the alarm by tricking Hernandez-Moncayo into thinking she was ordering food — but was really on the line to 911.
“Yeah, I would like to order a pizza,” the woman was heard saying in audio of the call released with her voice altered to protect her identity.
“Are you aware you’re calling 911?” the dispatcher asked — immediately catching on when the woman replied: “Yes, I’m sure I’m calling to that number. Can I get a pizza?
“I would like to order pepperoni and extra cheese,” she said as the dispatcher kept her on the line asking extra questions to deduce that she was with one man who was not armed, but that she did not know exactly where they were.
The sheriff’s department eventually triangulated the caller’s location — with video showing deputies approaching as the accused attacker was still on top of the woman, the sheriff said.
“He’s trying to rape me!” the woman screamed out, the video shows. “Can you help?” she repeatedly screamed through harrowing sobs. —>READ MORE HERE
Woman calls 911 for ‘pizza,’ then man found trying to rape her in field, Florida cops say:
A woman called 911 to order a pizza as a man held her hostage in a field, Florida authorities said.
When deputies arrived, they found 27-year-old Luis Moncayo Hernandez on top of the woman, who was yelling for help, Volusia Sheriff Mike Chitwood said Oct. 25.
Moncayo Hernandez’s attorney’s information wasn’t available in Volusia County records Oct. 28.
Chitwood released the 911 call and body camera footage showing the arrest, as he commended the quick thinking of the woman and dispatch.
In the call placed at about 4 a.m. Oct. 19, the woman said she would “like to order a pizza” and was “stuck in here.”
When dispatch tried to confirm she knew she was calling 911, she said she did. She said she was hurt, but the other person wasn’t armed.
But she didn’t know what address she was calling from, and Chitwood said that’s because she and Moncayo Hernandez were in a field behind a nursery with the intention of having a couple of drinks. Then, the woman said Moncayo Hernandez did drugs, became “extremely violent and wouldn’t let her go and tried to rape her,” Chitwood said. —>READ MORE HERE
