There were 211 combat engagements in the frontline, with the highest activity in the Pokrovsk sector – 55 assault operations. The enemy launched missile and air strikes, using 78 missiles and kamikaze drones.
Since the beginning of the day, 211 combat engagements took place in the frontline. The enemy is intensifying its attacks in the Pokrovsk sector. During the day, the aggressor carried out 55 assault and offensive actions there. This is stated in the operational information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 22:00 on December 25, UNN reports.

It is noted that the enemy launched one missile and 12 air strikes using 78 missiles and 29 drones, 690 kamikaze strikes and fired more than 4,500 times at the positions of our troops and settlements using various types of weapons.
Situation by direction:
In the Kharkiv sector, three combat engagements with Russian invaders took place in the area of Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk sector, the enemy tried seven times to force our units out of their positions near Dvorichna, Pishchane, Kolisnykivka and Lozova. One firefight is ongoing.
The enemy attacked twenty-six times in the Liman sector, trying to advance in the directions of Novoyehorivka, Kopanky, Zelenyi Hai, Makiivka, Terny, Yampolivka, Serebryansky forest and in the direction of Druzhelyubivka. Nadiia and Zelenyi Hai came under enemy fire.
In the Siverskyi sector, our soldiers repelled two enemy attacks near Bilohorivka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the Defense Forces repelled 11 enemy attempts to advance near Stupochky, Chasiv Yar and Bila Hora.
The enemy tried to break into our defense 12 times in the Toretsk sector. Since the beginning of the day, the occupants near the settlements of Toretsk, Diliyivka and Shcherbynivka have received a fierce rebuff from our defenders eight times. Four attacks are still ongoing.
The enemy is intensively attacking Ukrainian defenders in the Pokrovske sector. Here, during the day, the aggressor carried out 55 assault and offensive actions. Russian occupants were most active in the areas of Zelene Pole, Vozdvyzhenka, Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Dachanske, Pokrovsk, Novyi Trud, Zelene and Novotroitske. Forty-seven attacks in the sector have already been repelled by Ukrainian defenders, and eight more combat engagements are ongoing. At the same time, the enemy launched air strikes with anti-aircraft gunships on the settlements of Pokrovsk and Kotlyne

Our soldiers are making efforts to prevent the enemy from advancing deep into Ukrainian territory. According to the currently available information, the aggressor’s losses in this sector amounted to 276 people, 149 of whom were irretrievably wounded. 14 vehicles, two ATVs, one ATGM and one mortar were destroyed. Since the beginning of the day, Russia has launched one missile strike and 12 airstrikes using 78 missiles and 29 guided aerial bombs, 690 kamikaze drones and over 4,500 attacks on Ukrainian positions and settlements.
In the Kharkiv sector, there were three clashes with Russian invaders in the Vovchansk area.
In the Kupiansk sector, Russian forces launched seven attempts to displace Ukrainian units near Dvorichna, Pishchane, Kolisnykivka, and Lozova, with one clash ongoing.
In the Lyman sector, the enemy launched 26 attacks in an attempt to advance in areas including Novoiehorivka, Kopanky, Zelenyi Hai, Makiivka, Terny, Yampolivka, Serebrianskyi Forest, and in the direction of Druzheliubivka. Nadiia, and Zelenyi Hai.
