Illegal Jordanian migrant accused of trying to ‘breach’ Quantico base busted by ICE again — after he was let go under Biden:

One of the illegal migrants accused of trying to “breach” Marine Corps Base Quantico last year has been scooped up by ICE for a second time — after President Joe Biden’s ICE let them go, The Post can exclusively reveal.

Hasan Yousef Hamdan, 32, along with student visa overstay Mohammad Khair Dabous, 28, were arrested on May 3 for allegedly trespassing onto the base and swiftly handed over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

By June, however, ICE cut them both loose after they each posted bond on their immigration cases — with Hamdan’s set at $15,000 and Dabous’ set at $10,000.

The illegal migrant pair were charged with misdemeanor trespassing on military property and were ordered released on July 22 so long as they agreed to appear in court for their immigration hearings and stay away from Quantico or other military bases, according to the court documents, which were first reported by Todd Bensman of the Center for Immigration Studies.

Now, Hamdan is back in an ICE detention center in Bowling Green, Virginia, according to federal law enforcement sources.

It was not immediately clear why he was re-arrested.

An ICE spokesperson didn’t immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment on the circumstances of Hamdan’s latest detainment. —>READ MORE HERE

Jordanian Quantico breach suspect freed under Biden arrested again by ICE: report

Hasan Yousef Hamdan one of 2 Jordanians accused of posing as Amazon drivers and trying to breach Marine Corps Base Quantico

After two illegal immigrants from Jordan were released on bond after allegedly trespassing at Marine Corps Base Quantico last year, one of them has been re-arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, according to a newBORDER SECUxc report.

Authorities arrested Hasan Yousef Hamdan, 32, and Mohammad Khair Dabous, 28, on May 3, 2024 after they allegedly drove a box truck onto the base in what some experts warned could have been a “dry run” for a potential terror attack.

They were transferred to ICE custody and released on $15,000 and $10,000 bond, respectively. The terms of their release required them to show up for all further immigration hearings and to stay away from U.S. military facilities.

Hamdan, who originally entered the U.S. in April 2024 near San Diego, was taken into custody and sent to a facility in Bowling Green, Virginia, the New York Post reported Monday.

The reason for his new arrest was not immediately clear. However, Bowling Green is where ICE has its Caroline Detention Facility, which houses both asylum seekers and illegals awaiting deportation.

ICE did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Hamdan had been allowed to post bond despite reportedly appearing on the terror watch list, according to a letter signed by 13 members of Congress who slammed the Biden-era Justice Department for allowing the move.

“It is unthinkable that illegal aliens who attempted to gain access to a secure U.S. military facility would be released on bail, but the radical Biden-Harris regime has once again disregarded existing immigration law in favor of the comfort of foreign nationals,” Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Arizona, said at the time. —>READ MORE HERE
