Pro-Palestinian protesters shut down Grand Central Station in New York City on Monday evening, according to a viral social media video.

Betar warned all Jews in the area to avoid Grand Central Station in a post on X/Twitter. The account added that the protesters were masked and armed.
Several videos showed protesters waving Palestinian flags while wrapped keffiyahs and chanting “Israel bombs, USA pays. How many kids did you kill today?”

Trump, Netanyahu meeting
The protests came after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with US President Donald Trump in Washington earlier on Monday.
During their meeting, Trump again expressed that he would like to see the US control the Gaza Strip after the Israel-Hamas War is finished.
“Having a force like the United States there, controlling and owning the Gaza Strip would be a good thing,” he told reporters, adding that he was confused as to “why Israel ever gave (Gaza) up.”
“That’s a hell of a place,” Trump said. “You know what I call it — a great location that nobody wants to live in.”
Additionally, Netanyahu added that Israeli and American teams were in the process of securing a new hostage/ceasefire deal to bring any remaining Gaza hostages back home.
“We’re committed to getting all the hostages out, but also eliminating the evil tyranny of Hamas in Gaza and enabling the people of Gaza to freely make a choice to go wherever they want,” he said.
