Humane society seizes Brendan Lemieux for biting

NEW YORK – The Humane Society has seized Los Angeles Kings forward Brendan Lemieux for biting another player last Saturday.
The 25-year-old American breed was taken away by dog handlers using nets and a noose and placed into custody by city officials.
The biting incident occurred during a hockey game when the off-leash player bit the captain of a struggling hockey team.
Local public health is advising if anyone has been bitten by Lemieux to immediately get a rabies shot.
The NHL Department of Player’s Safety says they will fine the player $38,750 and ordered him to wear a muzzle.
