Liberals announce plans to continue announcing plans to, one day, cut emission rates
OTTAWA – Justin Trudeau’s Liberals have announced their latest announcement to announce that at some point they will actually announce how they will cut Canada’s emission rates.
“This announcement marks an important step in the fight against Climate Change,” said Justing Trudeau. “One announcement down, just 13 announcements to go until we actually do something.”
“We look forward to providing details on how we will actually do this at some point before our election’s bicentennial.”
Other than the Pandemic caused drop in 2020 emission rates have increased under the Liberals, despite how many times they’ve promised voters they will soon get the oil and gas industry to pinky promise to eventually unveil a concrete promise to go carbon neutral.
Trudeau pointed out that the announcement includes several measures, including a clear commitment to hope people start buying electric cars, and a significant investment in carbon capture, the ‘wouldn’t it be great if that works even though it doesn’t’ future of technology.
“We are confident that these actions will ensure we meet the Paris commitments we have already broken. But if not Canadians can rest assured that we will announce more plans to announce plans very soon.”
