Alaska Airlines Boeing Experienced Three Unresolved Warning Lights Before Fuselage Blowout

According to the National Transportation Safety Board, the Alaska Airlines plane that lost a piece of its fuselage in midair had a pressurization warning light go off during three recent flights, and work to determine the cause of the warning was not done before takeoff last Friday.
