Babylon Bee Movie Edges Out Shawshank Redemption On IMDB’s Top Movies Of All Time

U.S. — The Babylon Bee’s new film, January 6: The Most Deadliest Day, has officially surpassed The Shawshank Redemption as IMDB’s top movie of all time.

The top movie list at IMDb (Internet Movie Database) is seen by many as a definitive ranking of films, even surpassing AFI’s 100 Greatest American Films Of All Time because it is based on user input and not a committee of dumb film snobs who don’t know what they are talking about and are probably libtards. Though the AFI hasn’t added The Babylon Bee’s film to their list yet, it’s only a matter of time.

“The Babylon Bee’s new movie January 6: The Most Deadliest Day is a thrill ride, a tour de force, and a cinematic masterpiece all rolled into one,” said film critic Stephen Plinkney. “I’m not surprised to see it take the top spot it so richly deserves. The geniuses at The Babylon Bee have crafted a cinematic experience that will be celebrated for generations.” Plinkney then dismissed himself to cash his check from Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon.

Writer, director, and star Kyle Mann says this is an emotional time for him. “Its performance has surpassed even my wildest dreams. It can only be the result of divine providence,” he said. “Perhaps now we will have enough money to pay our writers every once in a while.”

At publishing time, January 6: The Most Deadliest Day had slipped to second place after being hit by review bombers loyal to The Shawshank Redemption.
